The Reports tool facilitates a complete and easy documentation of all areas. Each area is presented on a separate map. In addition, reports offer an overview of data as well as a list of all customers located within a respective area. Furthermore, the output of a reorganization process can be summarized in clear reports. Thus each sales representative can easily be informed about any changes. The sales representatives simply need to be equipped with lists containing the areas and customers, which they will be in charge of in the future or which they are handing over to their colleagues respectively. Reports can be printed as series prints or be exported as HTML pages.
